This course will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to understand diversity and collaborate effectively in the UAE’s multicultural work environment.

By the end of this course, you will:

• Appreciate the diversity of the UAE population and workforce
• Recognize personal biases and growth opportunities around diversity and inclusion
• Develop skills for working in cross-cultural, multinational teams
• Build open and respectful relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Understand laws and policies related to diversity, equality and inclusion in the UAE
• Be able to speak up against bias and create welcoming environments
