How This Assessment Works
This tool begins with the activities you may enjoy. It then considers your current work, target level, qualifications, transferable skills, training budget, available time, intended location and biggest barrier.
Your result explains why each work area appears, suggests jobs to investigate and gives you a practical 30-day plan. Your answers remain in your browser for 30 days. You see the result without giving an email. We ask for an email only if you choose to save, share or download the report. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
How We Handle Uncertainty
The assessment has three activity questions for each of six work areas. “I do not know yet” is left unscored. It never counts as “Not for me”. We need at least 12 answered activity questions and three fully answered work areas before we suggest jobs. Your level, qualifications, skills, budget and location shape the practical plan, but they do not change your interest ranking.

How to Use Your Result
- Choose two job ideas that interest you.
- Read at least three real vacancies for each job.
- Check the training, licence, salary and hiring demand where you live.
- Speak to one person who already does that work.
Important Limits
This is a private, plain-English starter tool, not a personality test. It cannot identify one perfect career, guarantee a job, or confirm that a role is available in your location. Use it to create a shortlist, then test that shortlist against real vacancies and conversations.
