I started my career in luxury hospitality โ working my way through some of the world’s finest hotels across Dubai, London, and East Africa. Those years taught me something textbooks never could: how to read people, how to bring out their best, and what makes organisations truly thrive.
Over 20+ years in HR and Learning & Development, I’ve sat on both sides of the interview table. I’ve hired thousands of professionals, designed development programs, and watched careers transform when people get the right guidance at the right time.
