Step One: Map Your Current Process

Before touching any technology, map your existing process end-to-end. Not how you wish it worked. How it actually works.

Step Two: Define Clear Outcomes

What does success look like? Not in software terms. In business terms. Deloitte research shows that organisations with clearly defined AI outcomes are 3.5 times more likely to realise value.

Step Three: Choose Precision Over Speed

Start with one process. Make it work perfectly. Measure it obsessively. Then expand.

Step Four: Build Governance First

Your AI system must be auditable. Every decision must be traceable. LinkedIn’s 2025 HR report found that 58 per cent of HR teams deploying AI do not have formal governance structures.

Step Five: Bring Your Team

Your people are not obstacles to AI adoption. They are the foundation of it. We ran workshops on how AI works. We involved frontline staff in defining success metrics.

HR in the Middle East operates in a different context than the West. Generic AI tools do not understand this context. WEF research found that organisations accounting for local regulatory and cultural context saw 40 per cent faster adoption.
