Key Points About Resigning During Probation
- Notice period: 14 days minimum (not 30) during probation
- No gratuity: You are not entitled to end of service gratuity if less than 1 year
- Ban-free: Under new UAE law, there is NO employment ban when you resign
- Visa cancellation: Your employer will cancel your visa within 30 days
- New visa eligibility: You can immediately apply for a new visa with another company

- Unused leave: You may be entitled to leave encashment if per contract
